We are in the process of enabling our back office logistics to simplify online purchases shipping to Canada. For now we are offering a quotation first then order placement via phone.
In some instances customs may require additional duty fees which customers will be responsible for. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges if product(s) is refused due to additional customs fees. If product is not returned to Homedeco Direct the customer will be held responsible for the full value of the merchandise plus all shipping charges. Damaged items will be replaced after complete documentation is provided by customer including a photograph showing the damage.
